This section advertises specific jobs and leadership
positions that open up to support the growth and work of S.O.U.L, and
specifically, the global headquarters. For now, all jobs will have to be
unpaid, or volunteer positions. We're not talking here about the many
ways in which people can volunteer for different projects and activities. Only
specific leadership or coordinator positions, demanding specific skills and
prior experience are listed here. Even though these positions remain unpaid
until we get some growth under our belt, we will screen applicants as
carefully, as if they were highly paid.
1: Education
Database Project Coordinator.
In addition
to being fully grounded in the basic SO.U.L philosophy, the ideal applicant must
be able to delegate responsibility to many other volunteers, and to organize
and sub-divide the overall research into different categories. The candidate
ideally has a background in education, and has demonstrated creativity in
education or a related field.
2: Community Development Database Coordinator. Like the previous position, this one also
requires a total commitment to the S.O.U.L philosophy, an ability to delegate
responsibility, and to lead numerous volunteers. The candidate should have
Community organizing experience, and an excellent grasp of good business
practice and business planning.
3: Conflict Resolution Database Coordinator. Since
many parts of the world are embroiled in bloody conflicts that may even
threaten world peace, it is necessary for us to become active right away, both
in research and in mediation itself. Perhaps, after initial research, we can
invite someone who is already successful and knowledgeable at this work to head
this project. If anyone is connected with such an individual, like President
Jimmy Carter, for example, he or she is urged to bring it to the attention of
such a potential candidate. In the meantime, we will screen and appoint a
research coordinator from the best available candidates.
